Shipping and return policies for Meuse Music Records

Shipping Info
• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

First of all, we are a small Do-It-Yourself label, we're not Amazon or a kind of, ...
Despite the reality of small labels, your order will be treated with care and as soon as possible.
We usually ship out orders within less than 5 working days, on Tuesday morning and in bulk.
We make exceptional shipments the other days, depending on the quantity of orders we have to process.
If, for some reasons, we're not able to ship your order within that time, you will be immediately informed.

All Meuse Music Records' items on sale are strictly new.
All CD Audio Digipack item(s) is/are sent unopened and sealed.
Vinyl item(s) can be send opened to avoid seams splits, still in the shrink-wrap, media(s) removed from the cover/printed inner sleeve(s) and in 150µ PVC bag.
We decide whether it is necessary to open it or not, unless we receive specific shipping instructions from you.

All items from other labels, distros, etc., ... available for sale on our Discogs Shop are always graded and described with care,
don't hesitate to ask for pictures in case of doubt!

All items in our Discogs Collection are basically not for sale but spontaneous offers are always welcome.

Pre-Order:

We usually don't propose pre-order on CD products because the production delays are quite short, if a pre-order is available for a CD product,
it's for a matter of release planning and the related product is already in stock.
Regarding Vinyl production, we always launch our pre-orders when the test presses are validated to have a better estimation of the production delivery date.
Everything is done to ensure that we meet the original deadlines, and product is delivered as promised.
However, customers are advised that potential delays and/or postponements can occur and are beyond our control.

Packaging:

We always pack your goods with extreme care and large amount of protections in the box, sometime even outside the box if needed
or double boxed to ensure you receive your goods in perfect state.
It costs us a lot of money, but assures us of your satisfaction!

Damaged Items:

Despite the care we put on packaging, if damage is found on your received item(s), we ask you to contact us immediately by
email to: info@meusemusicrecords.eu and to add pictures of the damage, box included with shipping labels readable.

Always have a look at our shipping prices list or ask us for shipping cost before doing any payment!
We always use the cheapest and most reliable shipping method, registered with tracking.
You're insured to pay the right price!

You’re always welcome to ask for extra shipping insurance.
Be aware postal services won't refund more than 25,00€ for damaged / lost / stolen items from any parcel shipped without extra insurance, and we neither.
We ask you to take your responsibilities according the item(s) value and regarding the shipping with extra insurance price(s).

Wait for us to set the shipping price according your location and/or specific request!

Our Discogs's shop shipping rates policy is not maintained anymore to be set automatically, because:
- Shipping prices are often subject to variations and/or restrictions!
- Multiple shipping methods and/or carriers can be used according your location, wishes and needs!
- Maintaining regularly such a thing to insure you to always pay to right price is literally impossible and insane!

Automatic cancellation: Order paid with 0.01€ shipping cost, (without the right shipping price) will be canceled and refunded if the payment not is completed within 5 working days.
Read our shipping policies and watch out about cancelling fees for payments with PayPal! (See Cancellation section below)

Order without payment within working 5 days will be cancelled without further notice.

• CANCELLATION:

Cancelling an order is always possible without fees if the shipping label is not already ordered and paid, because they are not refundable for us.
If the shipping label is already ordered and paid, the order cancellation is still possible but the shipping will not be refunded.

Platforms like Bandcamp, Discogs, etc., … makes now mandatory to use PayPal as payment processor which means we’re in the obligation to work following the PayPal rules.
Since January 2023, PayPal decided to not refund their fees anymore in the case of a cancelled transaction which means cancelled orders are refunded minus fees applied by PayPal on the initial payment amount.

We always proceed to packaging and shipping your goods once your payment is received.
We always send you all needed information about the shipping of your goods on your referenced email.

• DELIVERY TO US:

Due to the amount of loss, theft, not shown and/or damaged parcels, we systematically refuse all packages from and/or having transited via the following carriers:
• DPD
• PostNL

Please, ensure your local carrier don't have a partnership for international mail with these before sending us a parcel!
If it's the case, please, contact us before doing any shipment!

• RETURN:

Basic rule is "no return"!

We only accept the return on products from Meuse Music Records,
in perfect and new state and in their original secure packaging.
Return fees are at customer's charge.
